LIL’ BITTS

Having the international experience became a realization for Lil’ Bitts with the song Carnival Country (In My Country) featuring Bunji Garlin and written by her for 2k4 and her scintillating performances of Kernal Roberts’ Crush and Bump in 2k5. She has traveled to St. Vincent, Guyana, Grenada, Canada, New York, Orlando, Jamaica, Bahamas and Miami to perform these well loved hits and graced the stages of many of the big fetes for the Carnival Season in Trinidad.

This year for the first time she reached the finals of the International Soca Monarch. on Fantastic Friday and pulling number one in the Groovy Soca Monarch did not deter from putting down an infectious performance on stage.

The experience has allowed her to grow with her delving into Soca Parang with the hit song ‘Esta Fiesta’ on the Christmas Riddim 2k4, which was also written by her. This afforded her the opportunity to win the Soca Parang Award at the Soca Awards 2k5. The video for this rhythm was first aired on Synergy TV for the Christmas Season last year and is also featured on a video compilation

Her releases for Carnival 2k6 includes My Vibes amongst others where once again she exhibits her writing skills working this time not only with her current producer Richard CharSu.
